We offer a 7-day money back guarantee for all new Pro and Quant subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason within the first 7 days of your initial purchase please contact us at support@claudebtcsignal.com and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation: • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period • You will not be charged again after cancellation • No partial refunds are provided for unused days in the current billing period • You will retain Pro/Quant access until the subscription expires
Refunds will be provided in the following circumstances: • Within 7 days of initial subscription purchase (money back guarantee) • Duplicate charges due to technical error • Charges after confirmed cancellation • Service was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours • Australian Consumer Law requires a remedy for a major failure of service
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances: • After the 7-day money back guarantee period (unless required by Australian Consumer Law) • If you simply changed your mind after the guarantee period • For partial months after cancellation • If your account was terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
